\u2022 Dracula Grand Hotel (4\u2605), Dracula Family Hotel (3\u2605+), Dracula Inn (3\u2605)<\/strong> \u2013 200 rooms, conference spaces, and premium facilities;
\u2022 Aqua Park & Thermal Spa<\/strong> \u2013 approximately 50,000 sqm built, over 30 aquatic attractions, and one of the largest wave pools in Europe;
\u2022 Racing Track & Motor Park <\/strong>\u2013 a circuit of around 4.5 km, with paddock, garages, VIP zones, and media facilities;
\u2022 Business Accelerator & Tech Hub <\/strong>\u2013 approximately 15,000 sqm built, more than 1,000 workstations for startups in gaming, AI, and creative digital industries.<\/p>\n
