Codul Muncii vine cu o veste bun\u0103 pentru cei care se afl\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie: zilele de concediu r\u0103mase nu se pierd. Afl\u0103 \u00een continuare de ce trebuie s\u0103 \u021bii cont pentru a beneficia de ele \u00een continuare.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter-0\">Dreptul la concediu de odihn\u0103, prev\u0103zut \u00een Codul Muncii<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1\">Zilele de concediu reprezint\u0103 un beneficiu prev\u0103zut \u00een legisla\u021bia muncii. Concret, conform <span><a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/128647\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Codului Muncii<\/a><\/span>, to\u021bi salaria\u021bii au dreptul la concediul de odihn\u0103, <strong>durata minim\u0103 a acestuia fiind de 20 de zile lucr\u0103toare pe an<\/strong>. Acesta nu poate fi transferat altei persoane \u0219i nici nu poate fi limitat \u00een vreun fel de c\u0103tre angajator.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-2\">Codul Muncii stipuleaz\u0103, la art. 146, c\u0103 dac\u0103 ai r\u0103mas cu zile libere neefectuate dup\u0103 data de 31 decembrie, <strong>angajatorul are obliga\u021bia de a le acorda \u00eentr-un interval de 18 luni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-3\">\u201e\u00cen cazul \u00een care salariatul, din motive justificate, nu poate efectua, integral sau par\u021bial, concediul de odihn\u0103 anual la care avea dreptul \u00een anul calendaristic respectiv, cu acordul persoanei \u00een cauz\u0103, angajatorul este obligat s\u0103 acorde concediul de odihn\u0103 neefectuat \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 de 18 luni \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu anul urm\u0103tor celui \u00een care s-a n\u0103scut dreptul la concediul de odihn\u0103 anual\u201d, se men\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een Codul Muncii.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-4\">Altfel spus, termenul limit\u0103 pentru a beneficia de zilele de concediu aferente anului 2025 este <strong>30 iunie 2027<\/strong>. Dac\u0103 nici dup\u0103 aceste 18 luni zilele de concediu nu sunt luate, atunci se consider\u0103 pierdute.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter-1\">Zilele de concediu neefectuate pot fi pl\u0103tite \u00een schimb?<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-5\"><strong>Da, \u00eens\u0103 doar dac\u0103 pleci de la actualul loc de munc\u0103.<\/strong>&nbsp;Plata zilelor de concediu neefectuate este permis\u0103 doar \u00een momentul \u00eencet\u0103rii contractului de munc\u0103, nu \u00eenainte.
