Este greu, oricum.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter-0\">Porcul de gospod\u0103rie, lordul din lumea porcilor<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-3\">\u00cen gospod\u0103ria privat\u0103, cre\u0219terea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediafax.ro\/social\/de-ce-se-imbolnavesc-porcii-din-romania-exact-inainte-de-craciun-23654922\">porcului<\/a> presupune o perioad\u0103 de \u00eengr\u0103\u0219are de minimum 9 \u2013 12 luni, iar alimenta\u021bia porcului este bazat\u0103 pe cereale f\u0103r\u0103 adaosuri proteice sau vitaminice industriale \u2013 ceea ce confer\u0103 c\u0103rnii o savoare superioar\u0103, cu dezavantajul clar la timp, munc\u0103 zilnic\u0103 \u0219i cheltuieli.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-4\">La fermele comerciale, perioada de \u00eengr\u0103\u0219are a porcului dureaz\u0103 doar 90 \u2013 110 zile, timp \u00een care furajarea este intens\u0103, cu un control sanitar strict \u0219i costuri optimizate prin volum.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-5\">Diferen\u021ba de timp este major\u0103, iar impactul se vede \u00een pre\u021b, dar \u0219i \u00een calitatea produsului final.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter-1\">Porcul de ferm\u0103, bun \u0219i el, \u00een lips\u0103 de ceva mai bun<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-6\">\u00cen fermele comerciale, purcelul pentru \u00eengr\u0103\u0219are c\u00e2nt\u0103re\u0219te aproximativ 20 \u2013 25 kg \u0219i cost\u0103 \u00een jur de 58 de euro, adic\u0103 aproape de 300 de lei.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-7\">\u00cen gopod\u0103ria privat\u0103, purcelul cump\u0103rat are doar 10 \u2013 15 kg, iar pre\u021bul lui variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 400 \u0219i 500 de lei, \u00een func\u021bie de sezon \u0219i cerere.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-8\">Este evident, deci, c\u0103 purcelul provenit din gospod\u0103rie e semnificativ mai scump, iar durata de cre\u0219tere (dubl\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de cea a purcelului de ferm\u0103) genereaz\u0103 cheltuieli suplimentare ce nu pot fi compensate prin economie de scar\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter-2\">Cheltuieli zilnice, de \u00eentre\u021binere<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-9\">Peste 65.000 de porci sunt crescu\u021bi anual \u00een gospod\u0103rii pentru consum propriu sau v\u00e2nz\u0103ri limitate, mai ales \u00een perioada de dinaintea Cr\u0103ciunului.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-10\">Greutatea optim\u0103 de sacrificare este de 150 de kg, care asigur\u0103 at\u00e2t carne, c\u00e2t \u0219i sl\u0103nin\u0103 pentru conservare.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-11\">Furajarea zilnic\u0103 a porcului de gospod\u0103rie \u00eei cost\u0103 pe oameni 11,6 lei \/ zi, pe o perioad\u0103 de 210 zile, la care se adaug\u0103 costul ini\u021bial al purcelului, tratamentele profilactice \u0219i munca zilnic\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter-3\">Consumatorii se uit\u0103 mai \u00eent\u00e2i la pre\u021b \u0219i pe urm\u0103 la calitate<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-12\">Cu aceste date la dispozi\u021bie, un pre\u021b corect al porcului crescut tradi\u021bional ar trebui s\u0103 fie \u00eentre 15 \u0219i 19 lei\/kg \u00een viu.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-13\">Chiar dac\u0103 diferen\u021ba de gust dintre porcul crescut \u00een gospod\u0103rie \u0219i cel crescut \u00een ferm\u0103 este evident\u0103 (\u00een favoarea porcului de gospod\u0103rie), consumatorii tind s\u0103 prefere pre\u021bul calit\u0103\u021bii c\u0103rnii.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-14\">Cum necanismele de sprijin ale statului sunt slabe sau inexistente, nu se poate vorbi de o rela\u021bie echilibrat\u0103 dintre cresc\u0103tori \u0219i procesatori, at\u00e2t porcul de b\u0103t\u0103tur\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru cel de ferm\u0103, iar, pe termen mediu \u0219i lung, cre\u0219terea porcului, \u00een orice fel de situa\u021bie, devine un demers nerentabil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cre\u0219terea \u00een gospod\u0103ria proprie a porcului face parte dintr-o complex\u0103 ecua\u021bie economic\u0103 \u0219i cultural\u0103 rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, iar preferin\u021ba consumatorilor rom\u00e2ni pentru acesta e clar superioar\u0103 oric\u0103rei alte op\u021biuni.
