Reducerea temporar\u0103 a s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii de lucru la patru zile pentru anumite categorii de personal, f\u0103r\u0103 afectarea activit\u0103\u021bii de transport. Este vorba despre personalul de conducere \u0219i TESA. Sunt excepta\u021bi \u0219oferii de autobuze, troleibuze, vatmanii, angaja\u021bii din depouri \u0219i autobaze (personalul de \u00eentre\u021binere, mai\u0219tri). Impactul financiar este de peste 7,3 de milioane de lei pe lun\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>3. Stoparea angaj\u0103rilor \u0219i men\u021binerea sist\u0103rii promov\u0103rilor, cu excep\u021bia personalului esen\u021bial pentru exploatare;<\/p>\n<p>4. Diminuarea orelor suplimentare \u0219i a orelor consecutive cu 7%. Impactul financiar: 385.000 de lei pe lun\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>5. Programe de plec\u0103ri voluntare \u0219i reorganizare. Impactul financiar: \u00eentre 7 \u0219i 8 milioane de lei pe lun\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>6. Optimizarea traseelor de acces \u0219i retragere;<\/p>\n<p>7. Actualizarea tarifelor astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 reflecte realit\u0103\u021bile economice \u0219i costurile reale ale serviciului public de transport;<\/p>\n<p>8. Cre\u0219terea gradului de conformare \u0219i descurajarea c\u0103l\u0103toriei f\u0103r\u0103 titlu de transport valabil;<\/p>\n<p>9. Reanalizarea politicii de gratuit\u0103\u021bi care s\u0103 asigure echilibrul \u00eentre protec\u021bia social\u0103 \u0219i sustenabilitatea financiar\u0103 a serviciului public;<\/p>\n<p>10. Transportul public suplimentar pentru evenimentele publice va fi asigurat exclusiv \u00een baza unor contracte \u0219i va fi prestat contracost, valorificarea prin publicitate a liniei turistice;<\/p>\n<p>11. Implementarea lor va fi realizat\u0103 cu consultarea partenerilor sociali \u015fi cu respectarea cadrului legal\u201d, a afirmat Andrei Dinculescu\u2011Bighea, directorul general al STB.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-6\">Acesta a mai subliniat c\u0103 responsabilitatea STB este s\u0103 p\u0103streze transportul public func\u0163ional \u015fi accesibil.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-7\">\u201eAcest plan urm\u0103re\u0219te stabilizarea companiei \u0219i crearea unei baze sustenabile pentru viitor.
