Statul rom\u00e2n de\u021bine o parte din ac\u021biuni, iar \u0219antierul a trecut, de-a lungul timpului, prin mai mul\u021bi proprietari, de la compania sud-coreean\u0103 Daewoo la grupul olandez Damen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-5\"><span>Cu o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de peste un milion de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi, acesta este cel mai mare \u0219antier naval din \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i unul dintre cele mai mari din Europa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-6\"><span>\u00cen cursul anului trecut, au ap\u0103rut informa\u021bii potrivit c\u0103rora autorit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne poart\u0103 discu\u021bii cu compania turceasc\u0103 Desan Shipyard pentru preluarea activit\u0103\u021bii, dup\u0103 retragerea partenerului olandez. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-7\"><span>Firma turc\u0103, care are o tradi\u021bie de peste 70 de ani, de\u021bine un \u0219antier mai mic \u00een apropiere de Istanbul, dar urm\u0103re\u0219te \u00een continuare extinderea pe pia\u021ba regional\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-8\">\u00cen luna februarie a fost adoptat\u0103, la ini\u021biativa Ministerului Muncii, Familiei, Tineretului \u0219i Solidarit\u0103\u021bii Sociale, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediafax.ro\/economic\/guvernul-va-da-pana-la-sase-salarii-angajatilor-companiilor-strategice-in-concordat-preventiv-masura-vizeaza-peste-5-000-de-angajati-de-la-damen-mangalia-liberty-galati-si-romaero-23689644\">extinderea protec\u021biei pentru angaja\u021bii companiilor \u00een insolven\u021b\u0103<\/a> \u0219i pentru cei in concordat.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-9\">M\u0103sur\u0103 era menit\u0103 s\u0103 previn\u0103 intrarea \u00een insolven\u021b\u0103 prin plata salariilor pentru cel mult o jum\u0103tate de an, f\u0103r\u0103 a face referire la companiile vizate.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-10\">La finalul acelei \u0219edin\u021bei, Ministerul Muncii a transmis c\u0103 peste 5.000 de angaja\u021bi de la Damen Mangalia, Liberty Gala\u021bi \u0219i Romaero Bucure\u0219ti beneficiaz\u0103 de protec\u021bie salarial\u0103 extins\u0103 prin adoptarea acestui proiect.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-11\">\u201ePentru mine, este esen\u021bial ca oamenii s\u0103 \u0219tie c\u0103 munca lor este protejat\u0103, chiar \u0219i \u00een momentele cele mai dificile pentru angajator. Nimeni nu trebuie s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 veniturile pe care le-a c\u00e2\u0219tigat prin munc\u0103 cinstit\u0103. Prin aceast\u0103 ordonan\u021b\u0103, \u00eent\u0103rim protec\u021bia salaria\u021bilor \u0219i le oferim siguran\u021ba c\u0103 statul este de partea lor, inclusiv atunci c\u00e2nd companiile trec prin dificult\u0103\u021bi. Vorbim despre mii de oameni, peste 5.000 de angaja\u021bi de la companii precum Damen Mangalia, Liberty Gala\u021bi sau Romaero Bucure\u0219ti, pentru care acest sprijin poate face diferen\u021ba \u00eentre incertitudine \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103. Este o m\u0103sur\u0103 de responsabilitate \u0219i de respect fa\u021b\u0103 de cei care muncesc \u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 de comunit\u0103\u021bile care depind de aceste locuri de munc\u0103\u201d, a declarat ministrul Muncii, Petre-Florin Manole.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-12\">S-a f\u0103cut atunci referire la existen\u021ba unui proiect de ordonan\u021b\u0103 de urgen\u021b\u0103, aflat \u00een prim\u0103 lectur\u0103, care ar urma s\u0103 permit\u0103 angaja\u021bilor companiilor aflate \u00een concordat s\u0103 aib\u0103 acces la fondul de garantare.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-13\">\u00cen principiu, proiectul de OUG pentru modificarea \u0219i completarea Legii nr.200\/2006 privind constituirea \u015fi utilizarea Fondului de garantare pentru plata crean\u021belor salariale, aflat joi pe masa Cabinetului Bolojan, este menit s\u0103 previn\u0103 declan\u0219area \u201eunui lan\u021b de efecte economice \u0219i sociale negative \u2013 afectarea unor sectoare industriale esen\u021biale, pierderea locurilor de munc\u0103, accentuarea vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bilor sociale \u0219i economice \u00een regiunile aflate \u00een tranzi\u021bie energetic\u0103, reducerea veniturilor bugetare din contribu\u021bii \u0219i impozite, precum \u0219i cre\u0219terea presiunii asupra sistemelor de protec\u021bie social\u0103\u201d, potrivit ini\u021biatorilor.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-14\">Fondul de garantare se constituie prin distribuirea din contribu\u021bia asiguratorie pentru munc\u0103 datorat\u0103 de angajatori la bugetul de stat a cotei de 15%.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-15\">\u201eDin Fondul de garantare se asigur\u0103 plata crean\u021belor salariale ce rezult\u0103 din contractele individuale de munc\u0103 \u015fi din contractele colective de munc\u0103 \u00eencheiate de salaria\u021bi cu angajatorii \u00eempotriva c\u0103rora au fost pronun\u021bate hot\u0103r\u00e2ri judec\u0103tore\u0219ti definitive de deschidere a procedurii insolven\u021bei sau de deschidere a procedurii de concordat preventiv prev\u0103zut\u0103 la art. 5 alin.
