La Sec\u021bia I civil\u0103, \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tura medie a fost de 558 de dosare rulate \u0219i 433 de cauze solu\u021bionate\/judec\u0103tor, la care s-au ad\u0103ugat 3.511 de particip\u0103ri \u00een completurile pentru dezlegarea unor chestiuni de drept \u015fi recursuri \u00een interesul legii.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-8\">La Sec\u021bia a II-a civil\u0103, \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tura a fost de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 400 de dosare rulate \u0219i 292 de cauze solu\u021bionate\/judec\u0103tor, al\u0103turi de 3.630 de particip\u0103ri \u00een completurile pentru hot\u0103r\u00e2ri prealabile \u015fi recursuri \u00een interesul legii\u201d, sus\u021bine \u00ceCCJ \u00een nota de bilan\u021b.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter-3\">Volum record de HP ( dezlegarea unor chestiuni de drept)<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-9\">Judec\u0103torii \u00ceCCJ au avut de gestionat \u00een 2025 un volum record de HP. Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 respectivul complet are \u00een compunere 19 judec\u0103tori, datele de bilan\u021b ale \u00ceCCJ arat\u0103 o medie de 3 HP pe zi, de judec\u0103tor.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-10\">\u201eUn alt indicator relevant \u00eel reprezint\u0103 activitatea mecanismelor de unificare a practicii judiciare. \u00cen anul 2025, au fost \u00eenregistrate 632 sesiz\u0103ri pentru dezlegarea unor chestiuni de drept \u0219i 31 de sesiz\u0103ri privind recursul \u00een interesul legii, ceea ce confirm\u0103 rolul central al \u00cenaltei Cur\u021bi \u00een asigurarea interpret\u0103rii \u0219i aplic\u0103rii unitare a legii.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-11\">Activitatea instan\u021bei supreme s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat, \u00eens\u0103, \u0219i sub presiunea unor valori atipice, care eviden\u021biaz\u0103 dimensiunea real\u0103 a provoc\u0103rilor institu\u021bionale \u0219i contureaz\u0103 un profil func\u021bional dificil de reg\u0103sit \u00een arhitectura obi\u0219nuit\u0103 a instan\u021belor supreme din spa\u021biul european.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-12\">Num\u0103rul particip\u0103rilor judec\u0103torilor \u00een completurile pentru hot\u0103r\u00e2ri prealabile a ajuns la <strong>11.794 \u00een anul 2025<\/strong>. \u00cen paralel, activitatea administrativ\u0103 a presupus un volum considerabil de opera\u021biuni: 4.121 ordine emise, 3.052 lucr\u0103ri \u00eenregistrate \u00een registrul bugetelor instan\u021belor, 1.042 adeverin\u021be \u0219i 1.594 puncte de vedere formulate.
