Weather conditions required the immediate deployment of snow removal equipment on local roads.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-3\">On DN7A, snow removal crews intervened to maintain safe traffic conditions. Both snow plows and anti-skid material were used on the roadway.<br \/>Drivers heading toward the mountainous area of V\u00e2lcea are advised to drive with caution. Proper vehicle equipment is essential in such conditions.<br \/>Road crews in central Romania also had a sleepless night due to the snowfall.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-4\">DRDP Bra\u0219ov reports that it deployed 31 snow-removal vehicles overnight, spreading nearly 300 tons of anti-skid material on all national roads affected by snowfall.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-5\">As of now, winter driving conditions persist on all mountain sections in the counties of Bra\u0219ov, Sibiu, Covasna, and Harghita.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-6\">Meanwhile, traffic jams formed on Friday before noon on National Road 1 (DN1) between Ploie\u0219ti and Bra\u0219ov. Authorities also warn of heavy traffic on the A1 and A3 highways.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-7\">The Traffic Information Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police reports that, as of 11:30 a.m. on Friday, the traffic situation on the main highways is as follows:<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-8\">1. A1 Bucharest \u2013 Pite\u0219ti: heavy traffic at the exit from the capital, a line of vehicles in the area of Ciorog\u00e2rla, Ilfov County, in the direction of Pite\u0219ti;<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-9\">2. A2 Bucharest \u2013 Constan\u021ba: normal traffic;<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-10\">3. A3 Bucharest \u2013 Ploie\u0219ti: heavy traffic between Lipia, Ilfov County, and Gherghi\u021ba, Prahova County, in the direction of Ploie\u0219ti;<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-11\">4. A7 Ploie\u0219ti \u2013 Adjud: normal traffic;<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-12\">5. DN 1 Ploie\u0219ti \u2013 Bra\u0219ov: traffic congestion between Nistore\u0219ti and Comarnic, in the direction of Bra\u0219ov;<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-13\">6.
