To avoid blockages and delays, drivers and transport operators are advised to plan their routes in advance and consider alternative routes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1\">Recommended alternative routes<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-2\">For crossing the border with Bulgaria, the authorities indicate several crossing points:<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-3\">Dolj: Calafat, Bechet<br \/>Teleorman: Zimnicea, Turnu M\u0103gurele<br \/>C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i: C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i<br \/>Constan\u021ba: Vama Veche, Ostrov, Negru Vod\u0103, Lipni\u021ba, Dobromir<br \/>Measures to streamline traffic<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-4\">The Giurgiu Border Police Territorial Inspectorate states that it acts daily, together with the other competent institutions, to prevent illegal activities and to efficiently manage traffic in the border area. At the same time, the institution permanently collaborates with the border authorities in Bulgaria to streamline traffic and maintain a safe climate.
