Nu e o condi\u021bionare c\u0103 dac\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi cre\u0219te PIB-ul cu 6%, trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi creasc\u0103 \u0219i salariile cu 6%, dar condi\u021bionarea este \u00een sens invers.
